I don't usually read articles on that website as the content is mostly shallow and useless, but the title had caught my attention.
It was "Is Czech Republic a nation of cheats?".
I couldn't help but smile a little bit at it.
It was actually a rather popular topic in the exapts community around here.
And after having been around this place for a while, I can't help but thinking there might even be some truth in that clichè.
Note: absolutely no disrespect meant here, I love this place and every coin has two face: if cheating were really to be higher around here than in other place -which is far from demonstrated-, that can also be seen as the sign of a more open society.

THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENING AT THE BAR
Some evenings ago I was chilling with Speedo in Legenda, the local bar.
There was one cute curvy blonde, beautiful face, a little bit of a baby fat but... You know that can have some positives as well :).
As soon as the she walks by us, speedo nudges her on the arm. She stops, turn around and Speedo goes "my friend". And points at me.
Just that.
This was a Speedo classic and I loved it! :D
I look her a bit, slight smile and then say slowly "I like your dress" (she was wearing a sexy sailor's dress for someone's birthday that evening).
I was planning to get her number -at the very least- later on in the evening.
But she got wasted that couldn't even walk by herself and had to be hauled out by her friends.
Damn it, she seemed a promising one!
Oh well, at least while being carried out she left us with a good memory as Speedo was pretty sure she wasn't wearing any panties :).
Oh, yeah, sorry, this is just the beginning of the evening with the example and it ain't got nothing to do with the "nation of cheats".

THE "DISGUSTING ONE" AND THE NATION OF CHEATS
Speedo really liked this woman: small, a bit fattish, big boobs, eyeglasses, dark hair and tanned skin. She wasn't bad at all indeed.
And by judging from Speedo's assessment, she was really disgusting :D.
Just for the sake of clarity, "disgusting" is just a word that Speedo uses for girls he feels that "really want it badly".
If you're wondering whether or not he can effectively judge who does want it and who doesn't want it on each specific night, well... I can only say that statistically almost none of the disgusting girls really wanted it that badly.
Or at least not from him :).
Anyway, we were talking about leaving when I saw X -we'll call her X from now on- coming back from the toilet and speeding to her table.
Without walking by us.
Speedo was always very helpful towards me, so I just got up and went to get her.
-"hi! Listen, I wanted to tell you something. My friend really likes you and he would like to see you"
-"oh yeah, tell him to come here"
-"no. You should come"
She gets up and follows me.
A very lively and engaging conversation follows.
At a certain point I got asked how come I went there to take her and I say
"well, I could just see you two had such a great chemistry. Actually, I want to take a picture of you two. While you kiss"
I take out the camera and the 2 kiss.
They were on the verge of organizing a meet up when... Her boyfriend who was just in the area next to this one came to get her back.
If you think about it, this girl followed a guy to join another guy, leaving her BF's table, stayed with us for quite a while visibly engaged, seemed to be very willing to meet again and kissed with my friend... While her boyfriend was 10 meters away behind a wall!
It had happened to me as well to have kissed not just a girl with a boyfriend, which wouldn't be anything exceptional, but while the guy was actually around in the place.
Or also happened that I took a girl by her hand, moved her upstairs to more private areas with only a minimum amount of token/fake resistance and... her boyfriend was downstairs, positioned in a way that he could have actually seen me :S.
It was just me who gave up saying "it's ok, you can go" as I was getting scared it could have turned out ugly (I'm a friendly guy, hate fights).
Of course, it's no Mr Cool here, I've also been on the receiving end :D.
Like that time I was out with a girl in a club on a 1-1 meet up and I went to the toilet (usually it's not a good idea meeting in clubs the 1st time).
And what is she doing when I go back? Dancing in the arms -literally- of another guy :D.
And it happened twice!
And a 3rd time a guy was sitting there talking to her. Lucky me this 3rd time around :D
She got back to our table when she saw me coming back and apologized and I still got her back to mine later that night, but still, hey, it's supposed to be kinda of a date... :D
I don't know you, you can call me jealous southern type if you want :), but if I'd see my girlfriend sitting alone with a guy all engaged and with some (not yet sexual) touching going on, I would feel it's a bit weird because I wouldn't do that.
Let alone kissing someone in a bar, or seeing her not putting up any resistance in being moved around towards more private places!
This place... Crazy shit! :D
